Brooklyn Greenway Planning Charrette

OSA is pleased to have assisted our Community Committee member, the Brooklyn Greenway Initiative (BGI), in hosting a community planning workshop for three miles of bikeway that will run parallel to the Greenpoint/Williamsburg waterfront, and eventually link all the waterfront communities of Brooklyn. On May 24th 2007 more than 100 local residents came to the Brooklyn Brewery and discussed different planning options for route location, configuration, design features and user facilities along this section of the greenway.
