OSA receives funding from Assemblyman Joe Lentol
OSA is THRILLED to announce our first funding from an elected official has come from Assemblyman Joe Lentol. Long a champion for parks and open space issues in our community- Assemblyman Lentol has graciously secured $100,000.00 in funding for OSA. This money will be used to pay our share of the salary of the OSA Executive Director/North Brooklyn Parks Administrator, fund start-up expenses such as a FAR MORE sophisticated and useful web site, possibly fund some upcoming design competitions- and other uses.
